History
Served first on the Flying Tiger Line as N34959 for 2 years before moving to Main-Eldford Corporation from1956-1958. When Overseas Airlines bought the aircraft, they switched the tail number to N402US. In 1964 Foreign Air Transport Development changed the tail number once again to N1281. From 1965-1971, this aircraft served under Aaxico Airlines, then in 1971 it went to Carolina Aircraft Company before going to Zantop International Airlines from 1972-1984. In 1990, Conifair Aviation changed the tail number to C-GBYN and received a certificate of airworthiness in 1994. In 2002, Northern Air Cargo operated this aircraft and changed the tail number for the last time to N6174C and received another certificate of airworthiness. Everts bought N6174C in 2009 and operated it for 7 years. The final flight was from Fairbanks International Airport to Chena Hot Springs Resort in 2016, where it retired.
