History

Built in 1950 by General Electric and was used on the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad in 1958. This locomotive was used to haul freight between Clifford and Glen Burnie. The railroad operated only this short line with only two locomotives. The railroad was abandoned in 1980, and #50 was sent to be displayed in the parking lot at the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum, where you'll find it today.
