Manufactured by the White Motor Company in Cleveland, Ohio and was purchased new for $1,045 by the Glacier National Park in Montana. It was used to transport Passengers throughout the park. This was painted in a black & gray paint scheme until it needed to match the paint scheme of Glacier Park which happened to be black
and red as seen in the photo above. In 1941, a more modern model bus the 706 had open tops, faster speeds, and were
weatherproof making it time for 61 to retire. A man in Billings, Montana by the name of J.R. Billings sold Bus 61 to the Forney Museum of Transportation in 1966 where it sits on display.
