Built in 1913 by H.K. Porter Inc. in Pennsylvania and sold to the Cummer Sons Cypress Company in 1922. The railroad would haul timber to sawmills throughout Florida. They built houses for the railroad employees. The houses would cost 50c for the room, which came with water and garbage collection. Electricity cost 5c. the Cummer Sons Cypress Company ceased railroad operations in 1959 and donated #3 to the Pasco County Fair Association two years later.
