Florida East Coast Sleeping Car 2139

Built in 1949 by Pullman Standard Company for the Florida East Coast Railway to be used on passenger trains to include the Havana Special. In 1962, passenger service went out of service on the Florida East Coast Railway, leaving this sleeping car along with other pieces of passenger equipment abandoned in New Smyrna Beach shops and yard until the Canadian National Railway purchased this sleeping car, and then it went on to VIA Rail Canada until the 1990s. Now it sits at the North Florida Railroad Museum awaiting restoration.
