Built in 1940 by General Electric for the Mississippi Export Railway for switching railcars. In 1955, it was purchased by the Pullman Standard Car Company in Alabama, where it was renumbered 44. It was then purchased by the North Florida Railroad Museum in 2002, where it is currently being restored.
