Built in 1914 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Pennsylvania for the Carpenter-O'Brien Company. This locomotive was used for hauling timber. When the Brooks-Scanlon Company bought the Carpenter-O'Brien in 1917, they built a new mill at Eastport. This locomotive was sold to Revel Crates, where it would haul crates. It was nicknamed “Loping Gopher”. It was donated to the Peace River Valley Historical Association in 1967 and is now on static display at Pioneer Park.
