Nicknamed Wainiha
Built in 1915 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Pennsylvania for the McBryde Sugar Plantation until 1947, when the Lihue Plantation purchased Wainiha. In 1955, the Grove Farm Company purchased Wahina, and this company was the last sugar plantation company to haul sugar canes by steam locomotives in 1957. In 1975, Wainiha was donated to Mabel Wilcox to fund the restoration. As of right now, Members of the Grove Farm Museum have it sitting at the Puhi Roundhouse awaiting repairs for operations.
