Built in 1904 by the Schenectady Locomotive Works, which was acquired by American Locomotive Company (ALCO). It was sold to the Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company and was numbered 192. The Union Pacific Railroad acquired the Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company in 1910 and renamed the subsidiary to Oregon- Washington Railroad & Navigation Company. In 1915, this locomotive was renumbered to 3206 and was leased to the Union Pacific in 1936 for passenger service in eastern Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. This locomotive retired in 1954. The next year, it went on display at High Bridge Park in Spokane as a donation to the city. The Inland Empire Railway Historical Society deeded this locomotive and displayed it at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds in 1978. Unfortunately, in 2002, they were given an eviction notice, so they were looking all over the state to give this locomotive a new home. In December of that year, the decision was made. A museum called the Inland Northwest Rail Museum was formed on 30 acres, two miles west of the Reardan city limits, where this locomotive is parked in the fenced area as of today.
