Built in 1926 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Pennsylvania for the Ostrander Railway and Timber Company, where it was first numbered 7, Weyerhaeuser Timber Company, where it was numbered 5, and finally to the United States Plywood Corporation as #11. This locomotive served all the companies hauling logs and lumber in Oregon and Washington State until 1960, when it was retired and donated to the University of Washington, where it was displayed the next year. In 1971, this locomotive moved to Snoqualmie and was owned by the Washington State Parks. The next year, the Northwest Railway Museum leased this locomotive and had it restored to operating condition. It took two years to get to operational conditions. But when the project was complete, this locomotive pulled passenger trains until 1990. Today, it is on static display outside the Snoqualmie Depot.
